Okra Croutons

Okra Croutons: Slice 6 oz okra crossways. Cut one or two slices stale bread preferably whole wheat into half inch squares. Mince 3 cloves garlic. Heat olive oil in wok until hot. Add okra and minced garlic. Cook until crispy.   Add bread squares and cook until browned. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve over salad either hot or a room temperature.
