Sausage pizza: Spread 1 prepared pizza crust with a little canned pizza sauce. Brown 0.5 lbs sausage. Sauté green peppers, garlic, and other vegetables desired. Top with 4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake |

Thanksgiving dinner Diakon Radish with Curried Mayo Dip (see page 41 for recipe for dip), Roasted Root Vegetables (use turnip recipe on pg 78 and roast carrots, turnips, sweet potatoes, peppers, and white potatoes), roast turkey, dressing, cranberry sauce, and Tatsoi in Mustard Dressing.
M2. Turkey sandwich and green salad M3. Radish Top Soup, left over roasted vegetables, and green salad. |
